Jane has really helped me take control of my eating habits and make positive changes to my diet. I have a family history of heart disease. With Jane’s help I have identified which foods are good for heart health and how to make healthy choices, and why it’s so important to stay away from processed foods. I’ve also scheduled in proper eating time into my busy day.
Jane made the whole process much less overwhelming, concentrating on one bit at a time, and has been massively supportive and encouraging.
