Fab 4 Variety Counter
A really useful tool for your digestive toolkit
I use my ‘Fab 4 Variety Counter’ chart with every client to encourage consuming a wide choice of plant foods and ‘eating the rainbow’.
This is key to keep your tummy calm, your mood joyous and your immune system strong.
Just filling it in with your current intake is enough to often make you realise how much you eat the same foods! When I did this for the first time, I realised how I always chose blueberries and bananas for breakfast fruit.
Now I vary it daily to include other fruit such as raspberries, cherries (both of these I keep frozen), kiwi, apple & orange or whatever is in season.
